RETURN AND EXCHANGE

• You can return the products you want to return or exchange, provided that they are unused, within 15 working days from the date you receive the product.

• After the product reaches us, the condition of the products will be checked before making an exchange or return. (Personalized products are not refundable.)

• If your return transaction is accepted, the amount withdrawn by our company will be refunded to your credit card within 3-10 business days.

• Please note that Melino Home will not pay the delivery or return fees for returns.
